There's almost nothing quite exciting as a new pair of shoes!
I remember seeing these cuties in a Journeys catalog 2 years ago. They unfortunately did not have my size.
I recently stumbled upon them at www.modcloth.com which is quickly becoming one of my new favorite websites. I love how they have update with new items every day, so the site never gets boring. Well, they had these shoes, and now they're mine.

Cutie Pie Felt Doll
I haven't made any felt goodies in a really long time! Happy to share this cute new dolly with you.
She's the second lone like this. Inspired by my collection of vintage Japanese pose dolls and bunka dolls! Topped off with vintage embroidered trim and a polka dot ribbon.
I've also included a red crocheted basket with a little blue paper flower!

Big Eye Felt Pose Dolly
Made her last night just before bed.
She's loosely based on my most recent big eye dolly doodle! Fully poseable. Just some pipe cleaners and a little bit of poly stuffing inside to give her some curves!
I like her better tan my last rag doll, hee hee!

She's SO Ugly Handmade Rag Doll
Hee hee so sorry, I just think she is too ugly! I'm sure there is someone out there who loves ugly dolls!
Oh boy- so I took out the sewing machine again! She's inspired by a few of my Japanese country rag doll books. There's even a cute little blue pair of bloomers for her - hard to see in the photo!
I can't stand her face, lol, too creepy ugly for me, but just thought I would share with you!

Flower Pose Doll
Ok, so she's really not a pose doll, but she's definitely inspired by my collection!
I've created lot's of dollies and art based on my pose dolls! They serve as great muses. Anyone who has collected these dolls knows what I mean! xoxo Because these dolls are so awesome, I think all of us collectors have tried to re-create them in some form now and then. AND the more of us their are, the merrier we can be. AND the Pose doll legacy can live on forever! XOXO
